Yoga classes, online or in-person in Edinburgh

Yoga is an ancient philosophy that is based on three levels of experience: body, mind and heart. The practice of Yoga has its roots in India where the human system is perceived as being of latent intelligence and potential. For over 15 years I have been a practitioner of the Ashtanga school of Yoga prioritising a focus on movement, stillness, breathing and meditation with an Ashtanga inspired Vinyasa flow. Through these practices I hope to cultivate a way of life that promotes creativity, energy and an adaptability to the movements of life. It provides the ability to experience the polarities of life with an openness and acceptance of all it brings our way. Regular practice helps us maintain a state of inner balance that enables us to live well, to enrich our lives and by extension the lives of those around us, and it proves to be a powerful modality for boosting both mental and physical wellbeing especially when used in combination with any of our other offerings.
